This suite of applications provides free screen based telephony applications and working through the Open Interfaces Platform opens up the opportunity for new 3rd party CTI and system applications. These include new screen based operator console options, ACD Call Manager with wallboards and statistics for small to medium call centres and the Office 1600IP screen phone.
